While technology has undoubtedly brought numerous conveniences and opportunities, it has also unintentionally created a divide within families. Family time, once cherished and sacred, is now often disrupted by the allure of screens and digital distractions. It's time to hit the reset button and consider the importance of a digital detox to reconnect with our loved ones and reclaim the essence of quality family time.
